Rental Contract
• Pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning.
• Caretaker on the property.
• Housekeeping is included once per week.
• Breakfast daily between 8:00 - 10:00 am.
• Daily care and cleaning of the pool, patio, & garden.

Payment & cancelation terms:
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Venmo, or money wire.
• 30% deposit on rental rate due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full refund only if cancelation is at least 30 full days before arrival. You can also move your dates without a change fee.
• 50% refund if canceled between 8-29 full days before arrival. You can also move the reservation to another date for the price of one night of the original reservation.
• No refund if within 7 days before arrival, or you decide to leave early after check-in. You can also move the reservation to another date for the price of two nights of the original reservation.
Though not available through us, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• Please, no pets
• We do not have high chairs or cribs for guest's children.
• No smoking in rooms or the main house. There are smoking areas outside.
• No parties or events without prior permission.
• Quiet times to be respected for normal sleeping hours, 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Check-in time: 3:00 pm. If you need to drop off luggage before this time, please arrange in advance.
• Check-out time: 11:00 am.
• Property damage - the tenant may be charged if damage or repairs are needed after tenancy.
• No drug usage or other illegal activities.
• Please turn off the air conditioner and TV while not using the room.
• Please be mindful of water usage to help conserve the natural environment.
• Please put trash in proper receptacles.
